Julie Villata

Julie Villata has held her broker’s license for more than 40 years and has sales experience in residential, residential income and corporate relocation transactions. Julie has drawn inspiration in her storied career from her family who guided her path and the clients who are her passion. Julie’s familial experience with reality extends generations, beginning with her Great-Grandfather who navigated the home market during the worst of the Great Depression. His Grand-Daughter, Julie’s mother, followed these footsteps and operated a successful brokerage firm in the Central Valley. At this firm and under this indispensable mentorship is where Julie learned not only the ins and out of real estate, but also the moral and ethical values that complete such a skill set. These values include integrity, honesty and the empathy to treat clients as people; never a paycheck. Julie’s clients are her number one priority. The process of buying and selling is geared toward one simple end which is aiding a client in making the best possible decision. To achieve this, Julie provides high level information and professional competency, as past clients testify. It is her goal to be responsive, communicate effectively and always treat clients with respect, sincerity and honesty. Buying or selling can be an overwhelming experience but never with Julie. 

Mike Villata

Mike’s experience with Real Estate originated in 2005 when he began to assist Julie Villata in her real estate business. In the decade that followed Mike expanded his operations for Julie, becoming efficient in the behind the scenes work that is vital within the field. Mike’s experience imbedded with the knowledge of his mentor creates an understanding of the realities of the Real Estate world that is difficult to rival. In business, Mike implements what he was taught since his introduction to the industry; namely assisting clients in making the best decision. He provides service that is detailed, comprehensive and tailored to the individual. Mike keeps his clients informed and aware of their options throughout the entire transaction. Having graduated from Biola University with a degree in Biology, Mike understands that the devil is in the details. This is an area of great strength for Mike who, in part due to his background in the sciences, excels in the attention and execution of even the smallest details. This combines with Mike’s legitimate desire for the success of his clients creating a positive experience for all parties involved. There is no one size fits all approach to Real Estate, and Mike’s expertise, knowledge, and versatility appeals to all who choose him as their professional. Mike combines the reliability of experience with a drive and detail that molds even the most treacherous transactions into exceptional experiences.
