Julie Villata

Julie Villata has held her broker’s license for more than 35 years and has sales experience in residential, residential income, and corporate relocation transactions. Julie attributes her success to the fact that she was mentored by her mother, who owned a successful brokerage firm in the Central Valley when Julie was growing up. Her mother who, according to Julie, was “the best mentor in the world” not only taught Julie how to run a real estate business, but also the value of integrity and professionalism.

Throughout her high level career, Julie has earned many awards in her field, but she never forgets that her clients are her number one priority and that she is their greatest advocate. Buying or selling a home does not have to be an overwhelming experience, and Julie has the competency to guide her clients through the process and with positive results. It is her goal to be responsive, communicate effectively, and treat her clients with the utmost respect, sincerity, and honesty.

Mike Villata

Mike’s experience with Real Estate originated in 2005 when he began to assist Julie Villata in her own business by driving her to appointments. While the intended purpose was driving experience, it quickly blossomed into Real Estate experience. In the decade that followed Mike expanded his operations for Julie, becoming efficient in the behind the scenes work that is vital within the field. Mike’s experience imbedded with the knowledge of his mentor creates an understanding of the realities of the Real Estate world that is difficult to rival.

In business, Mike implements what he was taught since his introduction to the industry; namely assisting clients in making the best decision. In addition, provides service that is detailed, comprehensive and tailored to the individual. Mike keeps his clients informed and aware of their options throughout the entire transaction.

Having graduated from Biola University with a degree in Biology, Mike understands that the devil is in the details. No two clients possess the same individual needs and desires. Thus, the buying and selling processes must thereby reflect this. This is an area of great strength for Mike who, in part due to his background in the sciences, excels in the attention and execution of even the smallest details. This combines with Mike’s legitimate desire for the success of his clients creating a positive experience for all parties involved.
